Clip Lamp
The CLIP Lamp is a Floor Lamp crafted from raw aluminium. The light source can be ajdusted by just twofingers thanks to two a new rotational joint in both axis.
Result of a seeries of experiments with metal joints. Always trying to work with the pipe or square pipe itself, avoiding bolts or using as few additional parts as possible.
Welded pipes and extruded profiles contain a lot of internal energy. When they are cut open, this energy is released. I wanted to work with this energy and redirect it into reinforcing my joint.
