At ALCOVA / Design Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Item
Carefully pack the item in its original designer packaging and protective materials to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
